The Croatian Tenants Association is a permanent and voluntary association of Croatian residents for the protection of:

  • Lessee tenants
  • Protected lessees
  • Subtenants

The Association also deals with the protection of the homeless and the issue of enabling the purchase of:

  • Superintendent apartments
  • Premises adapted as apartments
  • State owned apartments attained through nationalization or confiscation

The activities of the Association include:

  • Offering comments and initiatives for changes and annexes to legislation and decisions concerning the regulation of residential issues.
  • Issuance of declarations and resolutions concerning residential issues
  • Public campaigns and addresses through daily newspapers concerning current residential affairs
  • Offering legal advice concerning residential issues to its members Wednesdays from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
